Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During busy periods — think live breaks, hot product releases, or promotions — processing times may be a little longer than usual. We appreciate your patience!

Every order is securely packaged to protect your hits, whether that's:
- Single cards
- Sealed packs & boxes
- Merchandise
Packaging Standards
We take packaging seriously — because nobody wants a dinged corner on a grail card.
- Single cards are shipped in penny sleeves, top loaders, card savers, team bags, or protective cardboard support.
- Sealed products are packed carefully to minimise movement and damage in transit.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on:
- Order size
- Delivery location
- Shipping method selected
Any free shipping offers or promotions will be clearly stated on the website. Keep an eye out — we love a good deal as much as you do!
Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Please allow a little time for tracking updates to appear after your order leaves us.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times within New Zealand:
- Urban addresses: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- Rural addresses: 2–5 business days after dispatch
These are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays outside of our control. We'll always do our part — the rest is up to the courier!
